There will be two new teams in the draw this year in Lochaber and Glenurquhart, adding to the quality of the teams already there. As shinty people know, the Balliemore is the intermediate level cup and one that I know every team will be keen to get their hands on. The final will be played at Spean Bridge, our company’s home village, on the 26th of July, and will be an exciting day in the shinty calendar. From all of our directors and employees, we wish all the teams and players taking part the very best of luck and hope that our national sport, shinty, continues to shine through. For every spectator paying at the gate or online to watch the final live, we at Ferguson Transport & Shipping will donate £2 per head to local MacMillan Cancer Support,  who do a wonderful job, and in everyone’s lifetime  there is no doubt this amazing organization will assist you or your family when needed most.”
