Return to Training & Playing Coaches Forum Success

Last night the Camanachd Association ran a successful forum for coaches to ensure that they were up-to-date with the relevant guidance and to share ideas on how to better engage with players, members & the wider community.

The main discussion centred around how to pick up conversations with members who may not have had any interaction with the club for some time. There was some really positive discussion points and we are thankful to the coaches who attended.

In addition to this we discussed COVID-19 & the importance that knowledge in clubs goes beyond the COVID-Co-ordinator at each club. COVID Co-ordinator’s are the lead in the club but anyone who is taking a session should also have a strong understanding of the rules to ensure we are running the safest possible sessions.
