I was fortunate as a player to play in many shinty/hurling international matches and know what it means to pull on that Scotland jersey and represent your county. The venue for this year’s matches the SuperValu Pairc Chaoimh Stadium, is simply incredible and a real honour and privilege awaits the teams. I would like to thank our friends at the GAA and Cork County Board for all their support and work in the lead up to the International. I would also like to take this opportunity to extend our thanks to our long-standing sponsors Mowi for their continued support of the Scottish teams and the Camanachd Association.”
