Saturday sees the Mowi National Division leaders Glenurquhart take on the holders of the Tulloch Homes Camanachd Cup in Newtonmore. Newtonmore will be looking to advance to the semi finals in their quest to retain the cup, and we spoke to Brodie MacBean to get his thoughts ahead of the game.
You host Glenurquhart in the Tulloch Homes Camanachd Cup this weekend, how are you feeling ahead of the game?
It’s a massive game for us this weekend, we know Glenurquhart have nothing to lose so we’re expecting a very hard game.
Newtonmore are of course the reigning champions, talk me through how much that day meant to you and the club as a whole
Winning the Camanachd last year meant everything to the boys and the village, so that is our aim again this year.
8 goals so far for yourself this season, how do you feel your game is progressing?
It’s been great to be back playing and scoring goals after being out for a few seasons with an injury.
