It’s a short trip to take on Tayforth, how are you feeling ahead of the game?

We’re feeling positive going into this one. It’s always nice when we don’t have to factor in the travel so much. We know it’ll be a tough game, but the squad is playing some nice shinty this season and looking forward to the challenge!

‘Dour reached the semi finals of the cup last season, can you go one further this year and reach the final?

That’s definitely the aim. Getting to the semi-finals last year was a great achievement, but naturally we want to build on that. We know it won’t be easy, but if we stay consistent with our numbers and perform to our standards, there’s no reason we can’t push on further this time round.

15 goals in your last two games, can the team keep this goalscoring output up?

It’s been really encouraging to see the goals flowing, and it reflects the work the team has been putting in. We have been linking up well middle to front but the defence have been putting in the graft to give us a platform so it’s been a real team effort.

These goals have been shared quite evenly amongst a few players, what’s the squad depth like?

One of our biggest strengths at the moment is that we have threats all over the park. We’ve seen a big improvement in the youth players who are coming through and it’s brilliant to see some youngsters getting on the score sheet!
