Badenoch have enjoyed a strong Mowi Premier League season, finishing joint-top on 20 points. Their campaign was marked by consistency, with convincing wins both home and away – including a commanding 6-0 victory over Kinlochshiel and an 11-2 result against Skye.
Their defensive record has also been impressive, recording shutouts against Inverness and Glenurquhart. However, narrow defeats to Lochaber proved decisive in the final standings, with both encounters ending by a single goal. Despite this, Badenoch’s balance of attacking quality and organisation has made them one of the league’s most formidable sides yet again.
Season Review: Lochaber
Lochaber matched Badenoch point for point across the season, also finishing with 20. Their strength lay in their ability to recover from setbacks, such as early losses to Kinlochshiel and Skye, before stringing together a strong run of results.
Notable victories included a 7-0 home win over Inverness, as well as success against Glenurquhart and Glasgow Mid Argyll. Crucially, Lochaber defeated Badenoch both home and away, edging out close contests that underlined their competitive edge in tight matches.
