The Camanachd Association (CA) aims to integrate advanced AV equipment into the “Shinty’s Story – Sgeul na Camanachd” exhibition to provide an interactive and immersive visitor experience. The equipment will include screens, projectors, sound systems, and interactive displays. The timeline for delivery and installation is three months from the contract award.
Methodology
Suppliers should outline their methodology for sourcing, delivering, and installing the AV equipment. This should include specifications for each piece of equipment, installation procedures, and integration with the exhibition’s digital content. Emphasis on user-friendly interfaces, accessibility and long-term reliability is essential. Organisations that can demonstrate a track record of environmental responsibility will be looked upon favourably.
Outputs/Deliverables
Deliverables include the procurement, delivery, and installation of AV equipment, along with detailed user manuals and training for staff. All equipment must be tested and fully operational upon installation. Regular progress reports and a final demonstration to our project team are required.

The project start date is anticipated within two weeks of contract award, with completion in three months. The budget is £42000 inclusive of VAT and expenses. Payment schedule: 20% upon all agreed AV spec and setting out, 60% upon AV order and content testing and 20% upon successful installation and testing. The project manager will oversee the contract.
