The draw for the 2026 Tulloch Homes Camanachd Cup Quarter-Final took place this afternoon at The Oban Distillery, with a mix of local sporting pedigree and shinty tradition.

In attendance for the draw were Jim Lynch, Leader of Argyll and Bute Council, Oban born racing driver Jodie Sloss and Ruari Davidson, Chief Executvie Officer of the Camanachd Association.

Just a fortnight on from her victory at Dijon-Prenois in the FFSA French GT Championship, Jodie Sloss swapped the gear stick for a shinty stick by aiding in the draw at Oban Distillery. Just as on the circuit, the margins between victory and defeat in the Tulloch Homes Camanachd Cup are often razor thin.

The 2026 Tulloch Homes Camanachd Cup Final will take place on Saturday 20th September at Mossfield Park.

Tulloch Homes Managing Director

Kieran Graham

“As the tournament progresses to the quarter-finals, you can really feel the anticipation for the final building. For us at Tulloch, supporting the Camanachd Cup has never been about just putting our name on a trophy - it’s about backing a sport that brings people together in these communities. Shinty has this brilliant way of connecting different generations, and today's draw sets up some fantastic matches on the road to the final at Mossfield Park. We're excited to see how it all plays out and wish all the teams the very best of luck.”

Camanachd Association President

Burton Morrison

“The Camanachd Cup continues to produce unforgettable moments and there is already real anticipation around the ties that today’s draw has delivered. I would also like to place on record our sincere thanks to Tulloch Homes for their continued backing of the competition and of shinty more broadly. Their support remains hugely valued by clubs, players and supporters across the game. With this year’s final set for Oban once again, we know Mossfield Park will provide a tremendous stage for the occasion in September and we are looking forward to returning to the south of Scotland.”

Racing Driver

Jodie Sloss

“Shinty has always been a huge part of my life and my family’s life growing up. I spent years watching my dad, uncle, brother and cousins playing, and like many local kids I also picked up a shinty stick myself occasionally. The sport means so much to communities across the Highlands and it’s something my family still has a strong connection to today. I’m incredibly proud to be involved in the draw and to show my support for a sport that means so much to so many people close to me. With the final returning to Mossfield Park in September, I’m excited to continue supporting the occasion and what promises to be another fantastic event for Oban and shinty.”

Argyll & Bute Council Leader

Jim Lynch

“It’s massively important for Oban, we have a huge tradition of shinty, it’s always good to have the Tulloch Homes Camanachd Cup Final to the hallow field of Mossfield, it’s key not just in terms of sporting interest but also the culture which our area is steeped in.”
