4 wins out of 5 this year, it’s been a good campaign so far, what kind of confidence does that give you going into Sunday?

.⁠ ⁠It’s been a positive start to the season for Dunadd and it’s given us a lot of confidence. We’re working hard as a team and fitness in the squad has improved massively this year. We know Badenoch will be a tough test, but we’ve shown what we’re capable of so far, and there’s no reason why we can’t come out on top on Sunday.

Rosie, you bagged an incredible 5 last week against Beauly, is this the start of a goalscoring glut?

⁠I wouldn’t count on that every week! I’ve been working hard on my fitness and thankfully managed to stay injury-free so far this season, which is definitely helping my game. The main thing for me is winning as a team, but getting on the scoresheet now and then is a nice bonus!

There was only 1 goal in it last time you played Badenoch, does this give you confidence that you can go one better this weekend and get a result?

The league result shows that there’s not much between the two teams. It was an end to end game and we’re expecting another tough battle on Sunday. Badenoch are a very talented group of girls and we know we’ll have to be at our best, but we’ve got confidence in the way we’ve been playing this season.

The winner on Sunday will be in a strong position to take the cup, what would it mean to the club to be able to compete in the final?

It would mean a lot to everyone involved with the club, especially the girls in the squad. We’ve worked hard to get ourselves into this position. It would also be special to do it for our manager Laurene, who puts so much time and effort into the team. To be able to give something back to her would mean a lot to us all.
