Fort are off to Skye this weekend, how is the mood in the squad ahead of the game?

Everyone in the team is feeling good, especially after winning 4-0 in our first game last week.

A strong start last week with a 4-0 win against Cabers, what went well during the match?

Defensively we were very good and didn’t give cabers many chances while they had a lot of the pressure. When we got our chances we took them and then we started to play some good shinty.

Skye have a strong record against Fort, what will the boys have to do this week to get a result?

We know it’s always a tough place to go and win, but if we play the shinty we know we can I’m sure we can get a win.

Scott McNeil has taken charge of the 1st team off the back of a successful stint in charge of the 2nds, how has the squad adapted to a change in management?

Scott has been good for us taking a few of his ideas from last year and bringing them into the first team. We’ve had a good preseason and all the boys are on board with what he’s trying to do.

On a personal note, what are your aims for the season?

Hopefully this year score a few more goals than I did last year, as I didn’t play anywhere near my best. But most importantly we would like to get our hands on some silverware after being close over the last few years.
