Procurement Document for Printed Graphics & Wrapping for

‘Shinty’s Story – Sgeul na Camanachd’

Overview

The Camanachd Association (CA) is dedicated to promoting the sport of shinty and its rich heritage. Our new exhibition, “Shinty’s Story – Sgeul na Camanachd,” located at the High Life Highland pavilion in Bught Park, aims to educate the public about shinty’s historical and cultural significance. The Association seeks to enhance its exhibition with high-quality printed graphics and wrapping. These elements are crucial for providing informative and visually appealing content that engages visitors and complements the artefacts on display. The expected timeline for delivery and installation is within two months from the contract award.

Methodology

Potential suppliers should provide a comprehensive methodology for the design, production, and installation of printed graphics and wrapping. This should include material choices, printing techniques, and installation processes that ensure durability and visual impact. Consideration for environmental sustainability in materials and processes is encouraged.

Outputs/Deliverables

Deliverables include working with the exhibition designer and case fabricator, design proofs, printed graphics, and wrapping materials, and their installation within the exhibition space. The deliverables should meet high standards of clarity, colour accuracy, visual accessibility and durability. Regular updates and a final review meeting with our project team are expected. Adherence to the project timeline is critical.
