Warm congratulations to Robert MacIntyre from all at the Camanachd Association

Robert MacIntyre, from Oban, was last year’s European Tour Rookie of the Year and he has just followed that up with a win in the Aphrodite Hills Cyprus Showdown.

An amazing final two holes, where MacIntyre achieved consecutive birdies meant that he was able to lift his first title in the European Tour, finishing one shot ahead of Masahiro Kawamura of Japan.

The Scot’s achivement moves him up to 62nd in the world and we have no doubt that he will only continue to rise through the ranks. See below, MacIntyre secures the title:
